My name is Oren Makias, and I am the proud Owner and Operator here at Fine Finish Renovations. I have been quite fortunate over the years, being placed in different roles and unique opportunities, working under the lead of different mentors within this industry. Each one having their own craftsmanship style, and able to teach me very specialized skills, using the proper techniques to achieve that exquisite Fine Finish. Working hard and staying dedicated to learning has led to me having a highly focused and disciplined work ethic. Something I've now later in life come to really appreciate from my past experiences.

As I continued to gain more experience, I quickly realized some of the downfalls that lay within this Industry. It became more apparent of how common it was for contractors to cut important corners, over inflating the numbers, and even failing to comply with safety codes or taking proper precautionary measures. Some of which had potential to be very dangerous for the homeowners, and anyone else living there. I knew that it was an important role to be an advocate for the homeowners, their loved ones, and their investments.

It was in these defining moments that I realized the extreme need for honesty and transparency within the Industry, and I knew that would be hard to maintain and ensure if it wasn't my own company. And this... is exactly how Fine Finish Renovations was born.
